How to make a blog.

                Step 1: Visit BLOGGER , after registering by your Google's account.
                Step 2: 

Click on Continue to Blogger

                    Step 3: Click on New Blog on the left side of the page.

                  Step 4: Give a name and an address to your blog.

                    

                  Step 5:Click on "Start Blogging" and then select the "Design" link on the right top                                           of your page.

                   Step 6: Now go to the Layout tab and select "Add a Gadget" from the cross-column                                         section.
                                A new window will be opened, select HTML/JavaScript.

                      Step 7: Give a Title and add a HTML-CSS code for your menu design.

                    Step 8: Now save the setting . Goto "POST" section and start BLOGGING.
